Brentwood College Weddings | S&C | Mill Bay Photographers

Sammy, from Parksville BC and Colin, from Alberta, met while Sammy was visiting Alberta from Vancouver Island 7 years ago. They hit it off and pulled off a cross-province relationship before Sammy moved to Alberta to be with Colin. Colin popped the question by surprising Sammy on the cliffs along Brickyard Bay in Nanoose Bay while he was supposed to be working, catching Sammy off guard with flowers he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Luckily she said yes, and we got to witness their nuptials with their family and friends in Mill Bay at Brentwood College. This hot (very hot) and sunny day was an adventure with their 16 person wedding party, but we pulled it off without a hitch. After both tears and fits of laughter during their ceremony, we ventured to the docks and beach for some truly West Coast wedding party photos. We wish them loads of adventures to come. If this wedding was any indication, there won’t be a dull moment in their futures together 🙂 We are so grateful we got to be a part of their epic day. Here’s a peek at their wedding!
