Heather + Ben said their vows on a beautiful June day at the always gorgeous Petroleum Club in Downtown Edmonton. This gorgeous Sherwood Park couple tied the knot in style. I started my day with Heather and her girls at her Sherwood Park home where they had their hair and makeup done, and were pampered with Champagne and pastries. Heather looked beautiful in her sequined gown, and her bridesmaids glowing in their vibrant green dresses; perfect for summer! It wasn’t long before we were whisked away by the limo to their downtown ceremony.
The aisle was lined with candles and white rose petals and the beautiful rock and wood interior complimented their classy details perfectly. Heather’s mom walked her down the aisle to an excited Ben, surrounded by family and friends. The ceremony featured a few tears, lots of laughs, and a unique rope tying ceremony before they signed their way into married life. Following the ceremony we ventured to the river valley to play in the sun and get some great outdoor shots of the bridal part, then we were off again to infuse their wedding day with some red and white, at the North Edmonton Fire Hall! Ben is a firefighter and we had so much fun incorporating this unique part of their lives into their wedding photography. After they were finished turning up the heat at the fire hall, we ventured to a local park to get some final bridal party shots before heading to the evening reception. We had a blast with Heather and Ben and we wish them all the best in their lives together as a married couple!
